  • Bee Mobile App: A mobile last mile delivery app owned by ONZ Group Sdn Bhd.
  • Customer: The individual, company, or organization that registers to use ONZ Group Sdn Bhd’s services.

  • Device: Any internet-connected device such as a smartphone, tablet, computer, or other equipment used to access the ONZ Store and services.

  • Service: The products or services provided by ONZ Group Sdn Bhd, as described in our official documentation or platform.

  • Website: Our official website, accessible at https://bee.com.bn.

  • You: The person or entity registered with ONZ Group Sdn Bhd to use our services.


Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate your interest in our products and services, and we aim to provide a rewarding experience throughout your journey with us.

By placing an order or making a purchase through the ONZ App or ONZ Store, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Returns & Refunds

If you encounter any issues with the product or service you purchased—or if you are simply not satisfied—you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the transaction date.

To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. Wallet Refunds

  • Refunds for Merchant or Customer wallet balances are allowed, minus a 5% service fee and any applicable delivery charges.

  • Requests must be submitted using the refund request form provided by our finance team.

  • Processing time for refunds is 7 to 14 working days.

2. Store Purchase Refunds

  • For purchases made directly through the ONZ Store, refund arrangements must be made between the Customer and the Merchant.

  • ONZ Group Sdn Bhd will only intervene in the case of a dispute.
