  • You: a person or entity that is registered with ONZ Group Sdn Bhd to use the Services.

Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any usage experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at ONZ Group sdn Bhd. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at ONZ App, you agree to the terms set forth below along with ONZ Group sdn Bhd Privacy Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 month to issue a refund and return your product/service.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

Refunds

Wallet Refund: Any balance from the Merchant and Customer wallet can be refunded excluding the 5% service fee and any delivery fee if applicable. All refunds can be requested by filling out a form provided by our finance team, and the refund process should take 7 – 14 working days.

Store Purchase Refund: Any refund request from ONZ Store should be arranged between the Customer and Merchant. ONZ only provides assistance if there’s a disputed
